Frédéric Lagarde
Frédéric Lagarde is cited in the press as one of the most talented French pianists of his generation. First prize winner of the CNSM in Paris and laureate of ten international competitions, he has performed as a soloist and chamber musician in major international halls.
He has performed as a soloist with many ensembles – symphonic orchestras of Lisbon, Porto, Cannes, Pays Basque, National Orchestra of Ukraine, Wien T.U. and "Classica" of Moscow.
His recordings (Naxos, Mirare, Alpha) dedicated to Dvorak, Beethoven, Vierne, Sibelius, Martinů, have won high awards in the press.
Professor of piano and chamber music in Paris conservatories, at the Pôle Supérieur de Musique de Dijon-Bourgogne Franche-Comté, and giving masterclasses in France, Czech Republic (Prague Conservatory; Janacek Academy), Hungary (F Liszt Academy), Canada (Banff Center of the Arts), Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur Academy), Brazil (University of Sao Paulo), Frédéric Lagarde is regularly invited as a member of the jury of international competitions.
Frédéric Lagarde is part of the PIANALE team since 2026.
